Il Poggione Rosso Di Montalcino
We've been getting into more Italian wines lately. I've been very interested in trying some Brunello's, but they tend to be a bit pricy. The one's I have tried didn't distinguish themselves, but I can tell it's just a matter of time before I run across something truly magnificent.
In the mean time, I've discovered Rosso Di Montalcino which is sometimes called a Baby Brunello. My first sampling was Il Poggione. I was very pleased by it and after doing some research became excited about the prospects for Rosso Di Montalcino when I found out this one is rated about middle of the road. Since my first encounter, I have continued to purchase and enjoy Il Poggione.
