Pinot Noir/Burgundy

More than any other wine, my wife and I enjoy Pinot Noir. I would guess that Pinot Noir comprises more than 80% of our wine consumption. This may be due to the fact that one of the very first wines we tried after the obligatory White Zin phase was a King Estate Pinot Noir. I would also say it was singularly responsible for opening up our true appreciation of wine.
